Recipes 

1. Noodles Recipe : 

Ingredients:
For Noodles:
  • 200g Hakka noodles or plain wheat noodles

  • Water for boiling

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp oil

  • For Stir-Fry:

    • 2 tbsp oil ( Vegetable oil and Sesame)

    • 1 medium onion

    • 1/2 cup carrot

    • 1/2 cup cabbage

    • 1/2 cup capsicum (bell pepper), thinly sliced

    Sauces & Seasoning:

    • 1 tbsp soy sauce

    • 1 tbsp green chili sauce (adjust to taste)

    • 1 tsp vinegar

    • 1/2 tbsp tomato ketchup (optional)

    • 1/2 tsp black pepper powder

    • Salt to taste


    Instructions:

    1. Boil the noodles:

    • Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add salt and a teaspoon of oil.

    • Add noodles and cook as per the packet instructions (usually 4–5 minutes).

    • Drain and immediately rinse with cold water. Toss with a little oil to prevent sticking.

    2. Prepare the stir-fry:

    • Heat 2 tbsp oil in a wok or large pan on high flame.

    • Add chopped garlic (and ginger, if using). Sauté for a few seconds.

    • Add onion and green chili. Stir-fry for 30 seconds.

    • Add all the veggies (carrot, cabbage, capsicum, white part of spring onion). Stir-fry on high heat for 2–3 minutes. Veggies should remain crisp.

    3. Add sauces and noodles:

    • Lower the heat slightly, then add soy sauce, chili sauce, vinegar, and ketchup.

    • Mix well. Add salt and black pepper.

    • Now add the boiled noodles. Toss everything gently so that the noodles are coated with the sauces and veggies evenly.

    4. Finish & serve:

    • Turn off the heat. Add spring onion greens.

    • Serve hot with chili sauce or ketchup on the side.
